Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most unused, unwashed, and unaltered products in original packaging with all tags attached. All returns require a Return Authorization Number.

Final sale, custom, or altered items are not eligible.

Returns for reasons other than manufacturer defect may be subject to a 10–25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Caution: Exposure to strong light (e.g., arc light) may cause color fading and slight color variations due to special processing.

Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash in cold/warm water (max 104°F/40°C) on a gentle cycle.

• Use mild detergent; avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals.

Drying Instructions:

• Air dry is best; if tumble drying, use low heat.

Ironing:

• Do not iron to preserve flame-retardant and anti-static properties.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat.

Inspection & Maintenance:

• Inspect regularly for wear or damage. Reproof if necessary.

Avoid Exposure to Harmful Substances:

• Avoid chemicals and extreme heat that could damage the fabric.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• Orders received after regular business hours or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

• Shipping is available nationwide, and also for international destinations by arrangement.

• Express and Expedited Shipping options are available at checkout for time-sensitive purchases.

• Standard shipping is offered at a flat rate $13.99 for orders under $100.

• Free standard shipping for qualifying US orders over $100.

• Expedited or express shipping are charged at cost and calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery zip code.

• International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and carrier selection.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard shipping: 2–5 business days to most US locations.

• Expedited/express: 1–3 business days for most destinations.

• International shipping: 3–14 business days, depending on service chosen and any customs clearance procedures.

• All quoted delivery times are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to carrier workload, location, weather, or customs.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and carrier link.

• You can monitor your shipment status online until final delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• For international shipments, all customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• We provide a commercial invoice for customs processing with all international orders.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• If your package is lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact our customer service within 3 working days for prompt assistance.

• All shipments are insured up to the value of goods unless otherwise agreed.
